Without energy is difficult to execute our goals. All of us find it easy to concoct goals for ourselves, whether we know them explicitly or not.
But what makes the difference between someone who executes of their goals is the level of physical energy they have.
I've dedicated a large part of my life optimising my energy levels. But I found it worthwhile to go back to the basics.
